When is the best time to book — how soon after renovation?
Book once your renovation is complete and new furniture and fittings are installed, since these are the main formaldehyde sources. This is different from defect inspection, which is done before renovation — the two services happen at different stages.
How many rooms can be done in one visit, and how long does a whole house take?

Does this work for homes we have lived in for years, or only new homes?

What if the re-test still shows a high reading?

Do we need to move furniture or prepare anything before treatment?
Any specific preparation needed for your property is confirmed during the WhatsApp consultation before your appointment, based on your room layout and furniture.
Is one treatment permanent?
Treatment neutralises formaldehyde at the source in the furniture and materials treated. If new furniture or fittings are added later, those items introduce their own new sources — the original treatment does not cover items brought in afterward.
