Frequently asked questions.
When should I book — before or after key collection?
Book as soon as possible after receiving your keys, ideally within the first 1 to 3 months. Inspection happens before renovation starts, so any defects found are still the developer's responsibility under the Defect Liability Period.
Can I still get an inspection if I have already moved in or renovated?
Yes, we can still inspect an occupied or renovated unit, but renovation work can cover up original defects and make some claims harder to prove. Booking before renovation gives you the clearest picture and the strongest claim.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
You are welcome to follow along, but it is not required. If you cannot be there on the day, our inspector proceeds as scheduled and we follow up with you online to walk through every finding.
What is the difference between Package A and Package B?
Package A covers the full inspection, photo-documented report, and developer submission support. Package B includes everything in Package A plus a follow-up re-inspection after your developer completes rectification works, so you can verify the defects were properly fixed.
How do I send the report to my developer?
You do not have to do this yourself — we assist you in compiling and submitting the defect report to your developer, and guide you through the process to ensure your claims are filed correctly within the Defect Liability Period.
How do I pay and when?
Payment details are confirmed via WhatsApp when you book. WhatsApp us with your property type and we will walk you through pricing and payment before your inspection is scheduled.
